Анотація

A new scientometric indicator – Sh-index is proposed. In Sh-index the integer part is a usual Hirsch-index and the fractional part shows how close a scientist is to the next value of Hirschindex. The fractional part is calculated as a proportion of published papers required to reach the next value of Hirsch-index.
