Aim and Objectives of the Journal

The aim of the scientific journal Scientific Papers of Vinnytsia National Technical University is to present the results of modern scientific research, to provide different scientific approaches to solving current problems in the fields of electric power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics, taking into account the priorities of the “Safe, Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency” cluster, as well as to analyze trends in the development of energy systems under conditions of digitalization, decarbonization, and decentralization.

Objectives of the Journal

  • publication of results of fundamental and applied research in the field of safe and reliable operation of electric power systems, including their stability and resilience;
  • highlighting modern approaches to the implementation of distributed generation, including renewable energy sources and energy storage systems;
  • publication of research in the field of energy efficiency, demand-side management, and implementation of energy-saving technologies;
  • promotion of research and implementation of intelligent power systems (Smart Grid), digital substations, monitoring systems, relay protection and automation, control and forecasting of operating modes;
  • stimulation of technology transfer and innovation in the energy sector and industry;
  • development of international scientific cooperation and integration into the European and global scientific and educational space;
  • ensuring a high level of peer review, adherence to the principles of open science, academic integrity, and editorial ethics.

The editorial board adheres to ethical and professional standards based on the principles of Publication Ethics. The publication conditions and general requirements for manuscript preparation are available in the For Authors section. All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share the work with proper attribution and reference to its first publication in this journal.

The journal follows an open access policy, supporting the free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge exchange for the benefit of society. This means that all content is freely available to users without charge. Full-text access to scientific articles is provided in the Archive section:

All articles are published entirely in Ukrainian.
