Conflict of Interest Policy

Unpublished materials submitted to the journal may not be used by editors, reviewers, or other parties in their own research without prior written consent from the authors.

Editors, reviewers, and scientific advisors must refrain from participating in the evaluation of manuscripts in cases of potential conflicts of interest arising from professional, scientific, financial, or personal relationships with the authors, institutions, or other organizations related to the submitted work.

The Editorial Board of the journal Scientific Papers of Vinnytsia National Technical University ensures the consideration of all conflict situations and claims related to submitted manuscripts or already published materials and takes appropriate measures in accordance with the principles of academic integrity.

The editorial office considers appeals and reports regarding possible violations of ethical standards or misconduct in research or publications submitted by readers, reviewers, or other interested parties. If necessary, the editorial office reserves the right to inform the scientific community about the outcomes of such cases.
