Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial assessment.
If the manuscript complies with the journal’s scope, it is sent for double-blind peer review.
The final decision on acceptance or rejection of the manuscript is made by the editorial board based on the reviewers’ reports.
The author has the right to submit one appeal. The decision following the appeal is final.
Manuscripts submitted by members of the editorial board are subject to the standard double-blind peer review procedure. In such cases, the editorial board member who is an author of the manuscript is not involved in the review process, editorial evaluation, or decision-making in order to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
The editorial office reserves the right to edit and shorten the texts. Significant changes are made in agreement with the authors.
