Aim and Objectives of the Journal

The aim of the scientific journal Scientific Papers of Vinnytsia National Technical University is to present the results of modern scientific research, to showcase different scientific approaches to solving current problems in the fields of electric power engineering, electrical engineering, and electromechanics, taking into account the priorities of the “Safe, Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency” cluster, as well as to analyze trends in the development of energy systems under conditions of digitalization, decarbonization, and decentralization.

Objectives of the Journal:

  • publication of results of fundamental and applied research in the field of safe and reliable operation of electric power systems, including their resilience and survivability;
  • highlighting modern approaches to the implementation of distributed generation, including renewable energy sources and energy storage systems;
  • publication of research in energy efficiency, demand-side management, and implementation of energy-saving technologies;
  • promoting research and implementation of intelligent power systems (Smart Grid), digital substations, monitoring systems, relay protection and automation, control and forecasting of operating modes;
  • stimulating technology transfer and innovation in the energy sector and industry;
  • fostering international scientific cooperation and integration into the European and global scientific and educational space;
  • ensuring a high level of peer review, adherence to open science principles, academic integrity, and editorial ethics.

All materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows others to share the work with proper attribution and reference to its first publication in this journal.

The journal follows an open access policy, supporting the free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge exchange for societal progress. This means all content is freely available to users. Full-text access to articles is provided in the Archive section:
