Open Access Policy
The journal Scientific Papers of Vinnytsia National Technical University is an open access scientific publication. This means that all its content is freely available to readers and their institutions without any financial barriers. The journal does not charge any fees for access to published materials.
Access Rights
All articles published in the journal under open access are permanently available for reading, downloading, copying, and distribution.
User Rights
Journal materials may be reused by third parties in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This license permits:
- copying and distribution of the article materials;
- creation of extracts, abstracts, and derivative works;
- adaptation or modification of the material;
- use of the material for commercial purposes,
provided that proper attribution is given, including a reference to the official publication of the article (using its DOI), as well as a link to the corresponding license. In the case of any modifications, the nature of such changes must be indicated.
