Анотація

The paper considers new modification of PageRank algorithm intended for evaluation of scientific papers and the model of new type of ArticleRank. In certain cases for automatic evaluation of scientific papers, arranged in one network computer program Delphi with wide possibilities for analysis of qualitative evaluation of scientific papers, is recommended. It is shown that within one network papers, having the same number of references, have different values of ArticleRank.
