THERMONOISE METHOD OF RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT OF HIGHOHMIC OBJECTS
Abstract
The paper presents the thermonoise anemeter of highresistance objects, in which the influence of temperature of the underresearch object, that can vary within the wide limits is excluded. It also excludes the influence of instability of frequencies of noise voltage’s bar as well as theinfluence of instability of noise voltage’s increasing, that provides the increasing of measuring accuracy of highresistance objects by the level of thermal noises.Downloads
